RediRack: Pallet Racking Manufacturers Since 1973

RediRack is a Pallet Racking manufacturer, based in Cannock, Staffordshire that first started UK production in 1973.

Our UK production plant was originally based in Kilnhurst, South Yorkshire but relocated to Norton Canes, Cannock in Staffordshire, in 2014 following our acquisition by Stakapal Ltd. RediRack’s purpose built factory houses a wide range of modern manufacturing equipment including roll forming lines, press braking cells, robotic welders and a fully automated powder coating system. A bespoke warehousing facility at Burntwood keeps a wide range of standard products. This compliments our core business of project-based design, manufacture and installation.

Working alongside each client we address their specific requirements and design a layout for optimum space utilisation. Our in-house design and project teams provide a concept to completion service from initial site survey through to design, manufacture, supply, and final installation.

We were very pleased with the service, and the installation was problem free. The new racking has increased our storage facility without using more floor space. We intend to use Axis Scotland Limited and RediRack for any future storage requirements.

I am particularly impressed with RediRack ’s sacrificial leg arrangement. In the event of fork lift truck impact damage, we only have to replace the first metre of the upright. This will undoubtedly save time, as well as money. The installation went very well. Having agreed to a phased delivery, I was delighted that RediRack ’s engineers were able to fulfill a schedule, which suited the needs of our business. As far as I am concerned RediRack is a very professional supplier of pallet racking solutions.

The installation went extremely well. We were very impressed by the service provided by RediRack and we are delighted with the end result.

The new racking has improved stock control and also the overall look of the warehouse. The products can be easily identified and accessed by both staff and customers, which has made operations here a great deal easier. If and when we require further pallet racking, RediRack will be our first port of call.

I have been so impressed with RediRack that I have been recommending them to our suppliers and some have already bought from them. My only criticism is that I have not received any commission. One pound would be enough!

We have a completed installation which not only looks good, but has also improved the efficiency of our operation. The main benefit is increased productivity. The new stillages and RediRack racking have enabled us to reduce working hours, at Tile Hill, without compromising the service to our dealers. We are very proud of the achievement.

RediRack was extremely flexible in its approach to this project. We needed delivery and completion within a very tight timescale, which they achieved – and while they were on site they were very accommodating. At Honda we consider after sales service to be a key consideration and RediRack has performed exceptionally well.

In terms of the robustness of the product and it’s overall quality, Redirack is far superior to our previous supplier, In fact I have asked them to replace the safety barriers in our other bay.

We are delighted with our new system. When we need to extend the racking, I will have no hesitation in recommending RediRack.

The RediRack installation team worked very hard and the storage system design enables us to get the most out of the available area. We have the room within this site to extend the racking scheme at some time in the future and when we do we will almost certainly go back to RediRack.
